ONLINE BILL PAYMENT: If you would like to pay your bill online, please click on the following link.  Please be advised that there will be a fee to use this service that is in addition to your sewer bill amount.  Pay your bill online

PAYMENT BY MAIL: Payments should be made payable to HTMA and mailed to 3200 Advance Lane, Colmar PA 18915.  Please return top portion of your bill with your payment, or write your account number on your check.

PAYMENT IN PERSON: The Sewer Authority office is open Monday - Friday 7:30 - 3:00 for walk-in payments.  For after hours payments, there is a mail slot located next to the front door.  The office is located at 3200 Advance Lane in Colmar.
Please be advised that the entrance gate is open from 5am - 9pm daily. 

PAYMENT THROUGH YOUR BANK: Please note, if you are using a bill payer program through your bank, the account number must be shown on the check. Bank checks that do not have an account number shown on the check may be returned. Please contact your bank for this service.

LATE FEE: This bill is payable upon receipt.  If not received by HTMA by the due date printed on the sewer bill, a 12% penalty is added.  If bill plus penalty is not paid within 60 days after the billing date, the aggregate amount thereof shall bear interest from the penalty date at the rate of .833% per month of fraction thereof. Failure to receive your bill does not relieve you of your obligation to pay, nor waive customer of paying penalty.

DELINQUENCY:
  Delinquent sewer bills will result in water shut off and/or property liens. Water turn off/on and property liens will result in additional fees charged to your account.

RENTAL PROPERTY:
Sewer bills will be mailed to the owner of the property, not the tenant. This is for the owner’s protection as a delinquent sewer bill could result in the water being turned off and/or property liens. The bill and all associated fees will become the responsibility of the property owner.

NOTICE: The discharging of any storm water, surface water, spring water, ground water, roof runoff, subsurface drainage, building foundation drainage, cellar drainage or drainage from roof leader connections into any sanitary sewer is prohibited and subject to a maximum fine of $1,000.00 as detailed in the Township ordinance.

EMERGENCIES:
If you have an emergency outside of normal business houses, please call 215-822-9300 to speak with an operator.  HTMA's plant is staffed 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
